SUBJECT
Joseph Cox Homer is buying property at Balsall Heath, Worcestershire, for £225/5/2d. He is buying it from Nicolas Tindal, William Wenman and George Edwards, who are Trustees appointed by an Act of Parliament of 1833 which was to sort out the estates of the Rev Vincent Edwards, Jane his wife, and Richard Edwards, deceased.

The Trustees had put up the property for sale by Auction at the Bell Inn, Bristol Road, Birmingham, in 64 lots, of which this contract relates to 3 lots. Two of the lots are side by side on the North East side of Tindal Street and total 3202 square yards. The third lot is on the West side of the Alcester turnpike road and contains 847 square yards.
