SUBJECT
This is the second part of a contract of sale by Lease and Release in which Sir John Trevelyan is selling property in the parish and manor of Huish, Champflower, Somerset, to John Paul.

It consists of four cottages with gardens and orchards known as Tanners together with, in respect of each cottage;

a) right to pasture for one horse and one cow on Heddon Hill
b) liberty for one man to cut turf for one day in the year.
