SUBJECT This is the second part of a contract of sale by Lease and Release in which John Antony is buying property in the parish of St Mary Stratford Le Bow from William Hinds for �90. It consists of a cottage and garden on a plot of 44ft x 55ft on the North side of Wick Lane. We are told that this property, together with another adjoining cottage, came into the possession of William Hinds in 1804. Note that Doc. Ref. 0501090 is the accompanying Lease for a Year for this transaction.
