Parties Frederick Joseph Timms of Worthing, Sussex, Gentleman Sarah Timms, wife of Frederick Timms William Beresford Smith of 3 Lombard Court, Gracechurch St, London, Merchant Charles Edward Peckover of Worthing, Sussex, Dental Surgeon Subject The Deed appoints Charles Edward Peckover as a trustee of funds invested under a settlement of 9th October 1891. The settlement had been made in anticipation of the marriage of Sarah Ecles and Frederick Joseph Timms. The new appointment is being made following the death of Robert Peel, one of the previous trustees. William Beresford Smith is also an existing trustee who had been appointed in 1910 (see Doc.Ref.0502097).
