SUBJECT Joseph Constant is selling property in Southend on Sea to Thomas Dowsett and James Ingham for £29,500. It is a plot of about 400 yards x 250 yards on the East side of Southchurch Avenue, bounded by the London, Tilbury and Southend Railway to the North and Marine Park to the South. Proposed new roads have been drawn on the plan implying that the area is intended for development. The second sheet consists of a Schedule of documents dated from 1817 to 1891 which relate to the earlier history of the property.
