Subject The contract relates to a dwelling house in Skinner Street, township of Ruswarp, Whitby. The Document recites a long history of the property beginning in 1851 when it was sold by John Marwood to Hannah Barritt. Hannah died in 1853 having appointed Thomas Marwood as Trustee and Executor. Thomas Marwood died in 1886 leaving sons William Henry and Thomas Nelthorpe who are party to this contract.
