BENEFICIARIES John Cutfield William Cutfield Mountfield Ann Halsey SUBJECT The property of Ann Cutfield consists primarily of "customary messuages or tenements with gardens and orchard" near the church in Birdham, Sussex. She leaves them to her brother John during his lifetime, then to her nephew, William Cutfield Mountfield, then to William's daughter, Lucy. There are other bequests to her sister, Elizabeth Mountfield, and niece Ann, the wife of Richard Halsey. The value of her estate is sworn to be less than £300.
