George Henry WAKEFIELD (deceased) of Liverpool, Lancashire. Corn Merchant. SUBJECT The document begins by reciting the Will of George Wakefield who died in 1903 leaving property to his grandson Alan Morley Wakefield Saunders, the only son of Mary Constance Saunders. Alan Saunders is now mortgaging some or all of that property to Margaret Dobson for £335. One of the attached letters is to inform George Wakefield's Trustees of this mortgage. The other two letters relate to other loans to Alan Saunders secured on the same property.
