SUBJECT The document beginds by telling us of an Indenture of Settlement made in 1900 on the marriage of Alfred Ernest Grundy and Cecile Mary Dickson. The trustees of the settlement appointed at that time were William Herbert Dickson and Frederick William Grundy. William Herbert Dickson has since died and is being replaced as a trustee by Arthur Norman Dickson.
