Summary of contents:
PARTIES Daniel YOUNG of Norwich, Norfolk. Woollen Draper. Ann MALLOM of Norwich, Norfolk. Spinster. SUBJECT We are told that Daniel Young owes Ann Mallom £89/-/9d which results from a Bill of Sale and Judgement in the previous year. He also appears to owe £100 to a Mrs Clarke of the City of Norwich. These two debts are now being formalised as a mortgage to Ann Mallom of one or more houses in the Parish of Hungate, Norwich. With this mortgage, Ann Mallom is then able to stand as surety for Daniel Young with repect to the second debt of £100. There is a note that Daniel Young aquired the property being mortgaged from his mother Sarah Young.
