PARTIES
Algernone POTTS within the Limits of the Cathedral Church of Norwich, Norfolk. Esquire. AND Frances his wife.
Francis LONGE of Spixworth, Norfolk. Esquire.
Robert WRIGHT of Downham, Suffolk. Esquire.
Henry YOUNGE of Norwich, Norfolk. Hossyer.

SUBJECT
This is the second part of a contract of sale by Lease and Release in which Henry Younge is buying property in Norwich for £420. It is a "Capital Messuage" in the parishes of St Peter Hungate and Sts Simon and Jude, bounded on the South by Princes Inn Lane.

We are told that Frances, the wife of Algernone Potts, was formerly the wife of Thomas Crane and he appears to have been the previous owner of the property.

Francis Longe and Robert Wright are selling the property jointly with the two Potts but it's not clear how they are involved. At a guess, they might be Executors of trustees of the Will of Thomas Crane.
