The abstract is not dated but is on paper watermarked 1873. The most recent event mentioned is also 1873, so I have attributed it to that year. The abstract begins with an indenture of 1859 in which David Falke acquires the property. He then wrote a will in 1865 leaving his property to his wife Emily, his brother Isaac and also to the Rev. David Marks and Benjamin Montifiore as executors. David Falcke died in 1866 and his wife Emily married John Whitmore in 1871. In the final indenture of 1873 the executors of David Falcke's will sell the property to George Kennett and Samuel Harvard.
