TESTATOR
James ATKINSON of Uxbridge, Middlesex, Gardner. BENEFICIARIES Roger ATKINSON (nephew) James ATKINSON (great nephew) SUBJECT James Atkinson leaves his money to Roger Atkinson in trust until James Atkinson (Roger's son) reaches the age of 21. It then passes to James. He also leaves £20 to Thomas Clarke, Esquire, who is to arrange his funeral. Most of the Will is devoted to specifying the details of the funeral - he names the people who are to carry his coffin, 'to each of whom I desire 5 and a quart of beer may be given'. The grant of probate values his effects at under £300. | |||||||||||
