Henry Halton of Dentons Green Lane, St Helens, Lancashire, Gentleman Alice Halton, wife of Henry Halton Hector Fraser Gallie of St Helens, Lancashire, Wine and Spirit merchant John Henry Halton of Sankey, near Warrington, Lancashire, Coal Agent Thomas Marsh of St Helens, Lancashire, Pawnbroker Subject Henry Halton is assigning property to two trustees, Hector Gallie and John Halton, in trust for the benefit, after his death, of his wife Alice Halton and her three children Hannah, Rachel and Wilmot. The property included two leasehold dwelling houses in Queen Street and one dwelling house in Dentons Green Lane, St Helens, Lancs. The second indenture of 1895 records that Henry Halton died in 1883 and that Hector Gallie died in 1894. Alice Halton then appoints Thomas Marsh as a new trustee. | ||||||||||||
