Susannah Dunn and Daniel Benham are assigning to James de la Salle, leases on 2 pieces of land with 2 tenements numbered 5 and 7 Baltic Street, Parish of St Luke, Middlesex for £235.

The document begins by reciting an indenture of 1810 in which Thomas Richards of Bridgewater Square, London, Watchmaker, (at the direction of James Dore of Bunhill Row, Middlesex, Carpenter), gave a lease on No 7 Baltic Street to Charles Dunn for for 61 years.

In another contract of 1809 Thomas Hacker of Featherstone Street, City Road, Middlesex, Timber Merchant, gave Charles Dunn a lease on No 5 Baltic Street for 61 years. Charles Dunn died in 1842 appointing Susannah Dunn and Daniel Benham as his executors.
