Subject Thomas Hill gives John Maley a lease of 99 years on house No 6 Brooksby street, Islington for £400 at a rent of £10 per annum. By 1907 the residue of this lease 'by virtue of divers mesne assurances acts in the law and events' is vested in Esther Carter, while at the end of the lease, the reversion is vested in Charles Knowles Rayson. In the indenture of 1907 Esther Carter, for the sum of £460, surrenders the residue of the lease to Charles Rayson, but buys the freehold of the property. | |||||||||||
