PARTIES William SHARP of 29 Albert Gate, Middlesex, EsquIre John Edward PALMER of Sergeants Inn, Temple, London, Barrister Joseph Yelloly WATSON the younger of 25 Austin Friars, London, Stockbroker Eldred Wilson STEAD of 4 Water Lane, London, Wine Merchant SUBJECT The document begins by reciting an indenture of 1882 in which Edward Palmer borrows £1800 on a mortgage from William Sharp. This mortgage is now being transferred to Joseph Watson and Eldred Stead. It is secured on property: a) No. 4 Cambridge Place, parish of St Mary Abbotts, Kensington, Middlesex b) Parcel of land in Albert Place, St Mary Abbots with villa formerly known as Alfred Cottage, now as 8a Albert Place. There is a memorandum written on the back summarising a further indenture of 1894 between the same parties (excluding William Sharp). It records that the property at 8a Albert Place is now discharged from the mortgage.
