This mortgage is now being transferred to Joseph Watson and Eldred Stead. It is secured on property: a) No. 4 Cambridge Place, parish of St Mary Abbotts, Kensington, Middlesex b) Parcel of land in Albert Place, St Mary Abbots with villa formerly known as Alfred Cottage, now as 8a Albert Place. There is a memorandum written on the back summarising a further indenture of 1894 between the same parties (excluding William Sharp).
