Henry Dale of North Shields, Northumberland, Gentleman (d.1851) Subject Note that Jane and Shallett Dale are executors of the will of Henry Dale who died 17/08/1951. Martin Morris is borrowing a further £60 from Jane and Shallett Dale on security of property in Warkworth, Northumberland. The details of the property are given in the recital of an Indenture of Statutory Grant of 1847 between William Taylor, William Walker, Martin Morris and Henry Dale. It consists of (a) a tenement with garden bounded on the East side by arable land called Elmire and in the West by the High Street. (b) Butt of arable land in Elmire, (c) parcel of land in Hather leases within the Townfields, (d) 2 other pieces of land in the Townfields.
