PARTIES
Philip Staveley FOSTER of Carwell Hall, Sutton Coldfield, Staffordshire. Esquire. William Edmund Pollexfen BASTARD of Kitley, Yealmpton, Devon. Lieutenant Colonel. Rosamond Susanna FOSTER (deceased) late of Ingon Grange, Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire. Widow. SUBJECT We are told that Rosamond Susanna Foster had been the widow of Abraham Briggs Foster, and that, previous to their marriage, certain unspecified property had been settled on her by means of a marriage settlement in 1873. Some part of this property appears to have come from the will of a John Brasher. She died in about 1915 having appointed Philip Foster and William Bastard as her executors. These two executors are now giving their assent to the transfer of some or all of this property to the use of Philip Foster. | |||||||||||||
