William Henry Howard of Banks, near Southport, Lancashire. Railway Porter.

SUBJECT
This is an assignment of a lease on Glebe Lands of the Vicarage of St Stephen in the Banks, Parish of St Stephen in the Banks, Lancashire, on the West side of Glebe Lane.

We are told that a 99 year lease on a plot of 640 square yards was given to Alice Hall in May 1894. It appears that this plot contained two semi-detached houses, and Alice Hall sold the lease on the Northerly half (with a plot of 370 square yards) in August 1894 to Richard Smith.

"By divers acts in the Law" the Southerly half came into the hands of Thomas Hall, who sold the residue of the lease to James Iddon in 1902. James Iddon is now selling it to William Howard for £160.
