Edwin Harding is seliing property in Bristol to Thomas Leonard for £255. It is known as 'Bridge View' or No.43 Richmond Road in the parish of Bedminster with the house recently erected by Edwin Harding.
We are told that in 1884 and 1885 Edwin Harding had mortgaged the property to George DUCK for a total of £190. The mortgage has since been repaid but George Duck is included in the contract to complete the formalities which terminate the mortgage.
