This is the first part of a contract of sale by Lease and Release in which the three Fullers are selling property in the Parish of St Thomas the Apostle, Winchelsea to Richard Dawes.
The plot consists of a piece of land of 2 roods which contains 18 messuages, and another piece of 1 acre on a site known as Factory Squae or Barrakc Square. These two parcels were formely the property of Walter Fuller (deceased), the father of Walter, William and Frederic Fuller listed above.
