James THOMAS of Coleford, Gloucestershire. (Carpenter)
The British Land Company Limited
The British Land Company is selling a plot of land at Coleford, Parish of Newland, Gloucestershire, to James Thomas for £31. It is a plot of 201ft x 20ft on the South side of Victoria Road. There do not appear to be any buildings on the plot.
We are told that this is part of a piece of land which had been divided into 128 lots and offered for sale in 1858 to "Members of the National Freehold Land Society and others".
