This indenture relates to the will of Thomas Gregory who died in1918 having appointed James George Knight (the elder) as his executor. The latter died in 1921 and James George Knight the younger has been appointed in his place. The object of the indenture is to appoint George Lawless and Edward Ray as trustees of the will in the place of James Knight (the younger).
