This is the first part of a contract of sale by Lease and Release in which Charles Murton and Adam Taylor are selling property in Ruishall, Norfolk, to Thomas Smith and Harry Browne. It consists of two enclosures of arable land and pasture called Street Close and Street Meadow respectively totalling 12 acres.
We are told that Murton and Taylor had acquired this land, together with other property, earlier the same month.
