This ia an Abstract of Title of Mr Lubin Peat to Freehold Property at Aughton in the Parish of Aston in the West Riding of the County of York and consists of a summary of an Indenture of 25/3/1885 between the people listed above.
It tells us that Margaret Morton died in 1884 having appointed her sons John and Edward Morton as her Executors. In the 1886 Indenture these two are selling a substantial area of land at Aughton including Aughton Grange to John Jubb for £4,800.
