We are told that James Holme and Henry Birch are acting as the trustees of the Will of Robert Jenner (deceased). Laura Jenner together with these trustees are granting a 99 year lease on property in the Parish of Cadoxeter, Glamorgan, to Edmund Mayled at a rent of £2/10/-d per annum.
The property consists of a plot of land 125ft x 30ft on the South West side of Newlands Street, Cadoxeter, on which Edmund Mayled has recently erected a dwellinghouse and stable.
There are 4 paper document included which are notifications to the Wenvoe Estate Office of subsequent mortgages and asignments of the property. Evidently, by 1913, it was in the hands of a Mary Mayled.
