In 1877 Selina and James Thomas are mortgaging property in the Parish of Newland, Gloucestershire, to Philip Horner for £100.
It consists of a messuage and plot of land on the South East side of Victoria Road, Coleford. We are told that this property was acquired by a James Thomas (since deceased) in 1876.
In 1881, Philip Horner transfers the mortgage to Edwin Sage.
