Joseph Tucker Burton ALEXANDER of The Bury, Pavenham, Bedfordshire. Esquire.
William George JARVIS of Leicester. Hosier.

Joseph Alexander is mortgaging property in Kempston, Bedfordshire, to William Jarvis for 3,000.

The property is detailed in a schedule as consisting of 43 pieces of land totalling about 380 acres and including 2 farmhouses and several cottages. The various pieces are identified by piece numbers on the 1901 Ordinance map.

The attached memorandum records that by November 1905 a further 1,000 had been advanced by William Jarvis, and at that time a second mortgage of 11,000 was also secured on the property.

We are told that Joseph Alexander acquired the property from the Will of his mother, Mary Burton Alexander.
