The document begins by reciting that, before their deaths, George Kingston had agreed to sell property in Spalding to Alfred Cole for £125 and that the money had been paid.
Then Gorge Kingston died in 1912 having appointed the first three named above (Holdsworth, Bunn, Harvey), as his executors. Alfred Cole also died in 1912 having appointed Edwin Seymour and Ben Killingworth as Executors with instructions to sell their property, which they are now doing, for £150, to Elizabeth Hockerston.
The property consists of a tenement and yard at number 27 New Road (or Westlode Street), Spalding.
