This is the second part of a contract of sale in which Charles Graham is buying a piece of land from William Graham for 11s (eleven shillings).
It is at or near a place called Hetherside at the South end of a plot of land called Rail Close which is already owned by Charles Graham. The piece being sold is 80 yards x 6 yards and lies on the North side of the road from Hetherside to the Longtown Road.
