SUBJECT The document begins by reciting that John and Charlotte Hughes (who are brother and sister) took a 41-year lease on property in Holywell in 1834. These two are now assigning the residue of the lease to their "friend and attendant" Joseph Hague, and their "faithful servant" Mary Profitt. The property is a dwelling house on the North side of the High Street in Holywell together with warehouse, stable and yard. It also includes the right to a pew in the church.
