Farmer. SUBJECT The 2 sheets are the 2 parts of a contract of sale by Lease and Release, bound together at the bottom edge. We are told that John Jennings left his real estate to his wife Hannah for her life and then to his son Samuel (party hereto), but Samuel was to make various payments of £200 to each of his brothers and sisters, namely, John, Isaac, Hannah, Susanna and Jane. Samuel Jennings is now selling a parcel of land in Surfleet to John Hearsden for £140. It lies on the North side of Low Gate Lane.
