Henry LOVATT of Kings Road, Chelsea, Middlesex. Coffeehouse Manager. The Rev William NORTON of Sutton, Surrey. The Rt Hon Henry VALENTINE, Lord Stafford of Costessy, Norfolk. William BLOUNT of Gerards Cross, Buckinghamshire. Esquire. Henry LOVATT (d) of Costessy, Norfolk. Carpenter. SUBJECT The document relate to copyhold property in the Manor of Costessy, Norfolk, which formerly belonged to Henry Lovatt Senior - now deceased. It begins by reciting that in 1838 he mortgaged this property to William Norton for £900. Henry Lovatt (Senior) died in 1849 having placed his property in hands of his son Henry (part hereto) in trust for his wife Mary during her lifetime and then to be sold. Mary Lovatt died in 1863 and Henry Lovatt (Junior) has agreed to sell he property to Lord Stafford for £50 with the mortgage still owing. The property appears to be a small plot of 3 roods lying on the South side of the road from Costessy Street to Norwich. Other land of Lord Stafford lies immediately to the South, | |||||||||||
