SUBJECT
The document begins by reciting that in 1850 John Horne (the elder) mortgaged property in Stewkley, Buckinghamshire, to Frederic Willis for 400. Now, John Horne (the younger) is selling the property to George and Charlotte Stone for 630, of which 514 will be paid to the 2 Willis' s to clear the debt.
