PARTIES
Charles SAVERY of Bristol, Gloucestershire. Gentleman. Edward CLARK of Bristol, Gloucestershire. Gentleman. William HAMLEY of Bristol, Gloucestershire. Builder. SUBJECT The document relates to a piece of land in Clifton, Bristol, known as Richmond Park. This land has been marked out for housing development and three of the plots sold to William Hamley. As part of this sale, it was agreed that Charles Savery and Edward Clark, who appear to be the vendors, should retain all earlier deeds, but would enter into covenants to produce them as and when required by William Hamley. This document is that Deed of Covenant. It includes a schedule of 15 Indentures with dates between 1808 and 1839 which are included in the covenant. | |||||||||||
