The document begins by reciting that in 1714 John Abraham mortgaged property in Olney to Richard Putnam for £10. The sum has not been repaid and is the debt is now being transferred to Robert Edwins. The property consists of a cottage with shop and yard on the west side of the Common Street of Olney.
NB. We are told that John Abraham is the son of Joan Abraham of Olney, Widow.
