It records that Jeremiah Foaker is the surviving executor of the Will of John Nunn who is selling copyhold property in the manor to Francis Wilson for £270. Accordingly, Francis Wilson is being admitted to the manor.
The property consists of one tenement and shop and also 5 other messuages which lay on the South side of the highway from Great Clacton to St Osyth.
These came into the hands of John Nunn in 1823.
