Francis WILSON the Younger of Clacton, Essex. Jeremiah FOAKER of Clacton, Essex. John NUNN (deceased) of Clacton, Essex. SUBJECT This is a record of the General Court Baron of the Manor of Great and Little Clacton, Essex. It records that Jeremiah Foaker is the surviving executor of the Will of John Nunn who is selling copyhold property in the manor to Francis Wilson for £270. Accordingly, Francis Wilson is being admitted to the manor. The property consists of one tenement and shop and also 5 other messuages which lay on the South side of the highway from Great Clacton to St Osyth.
