William YATES of Shifnal, Shropshire. Land Surveyor.
John FLETCHER of Shifnal, Shropshire. Surgeon.
John CHERRINGTON the Younger of Kemberton, Shropshire. Farmer.
William Yates is mortgaging property in Shifnal, Shropshire, to John Fletcher and John Cherrington for £600.
The property is on the North or North West side of the road leading from Shifnal marketplace to the parish church. It was bought by William Yates in 1814 at which time it had two dwellinghouses and a malthouse on it. Now William Yates appears to be living in one of the houses but has knocked down the remaining house and malthouse and is in the process of rebuilding.
Note that John Fletcher and John Cherrington are acting together in their capacities as the Executors of Joseph Fletcher, the father of John Fletcher.
