William BROWN (deceased) of Dawley Green, Parish of Dawley, Shropshire.
The document begins by reciting that William Brown died in 1879 leaving his property to his Executor William Jones with instructions to sell it. Accordingly, William Jones is now selling his property at Dawley Green to John Brown for £20. Francis Brown is the eldest son of William Brown and is also party to the conveyance for additional assurance. (There is no mention that John Brown is any relation of the others).
The property consists of a dwelling house with an adjoining cottage which had been erected by William Brown. We are told that the property had been acquired by William Brown in 1851.
