William BROWN (deceased) of Dawley Green, Parish of Dawley, Shropshire. SUBJECT The document begins by reciting that William Brown died in 1879 leaving his property to his Executor William Jones with instructions to sell it. Accordingly, William Jones is now selling his property at Dawley Green to John Brown for £20. Francis Brown is the eldest son of William Brown and is also party to the conveyance for additional assurance. (There is no mention that John Brown is any relation of the others).
