|Summary of contents|
Sarah BLAKEMORE of Albrighton, Shropshire. Spinster.
William TOTTY of Albrighton, Shropshire. Tailor.
George SMITH of Albrighton, Shropshire. Maltster.
This is the second half of a contract of sale by Lease and Release in which William Totty is buying property in Albrighton, Shropshire, from Sarah Blakemore for £151.
The property came to her from her father Richard Blakemore, but she owns the freehold of only half of it. The other half has come to her via her brother Richard (deceased) and she only has a life interest in this half.
Note that George Smith acts only as a trustee for William Totty and plays little real part.
See Doc. ref. 0804010 for the 'Lease' made the previous day.
