|Summary of contents:|
Joseph LEE of Horning, Norfolk. Merchant.
Francis WEST formerly of Postwick, Norfolk, but now of Thorpe next Norwich, Norfolk. Gentleman.
Joseph Lee is borrowing £300 from Francis West on the security of property in Horning. We are told that in 1801 he had borrowed £600 from Francis West on the same security.
The property is described as "several messuages with the barns, outhouses, stables, malthouses, granaries, warehouses, yards and gardens", which appear to have had about 12 tenants.
