Edmund NUNN of Blo Norton, Norfolk. Yeoman.
Thomas FORDHAM of Blo Norton, Norfolk. Yeoman.
This Indenture relates to the sale of property in Blo Norton from Zachariah Fordham to Edmund Nunn made the same day. It is a covenant made by Edward Nunn to Thomas Fordham to produce upon request various documents (dated from 1730 to 1786) relating to that property.
The property consists of:
1) A messuage now used as two dwellinghouses which abuts on the Kings Highway to the North and East.
2) A piece of land called Newmans of 11 acres to the South and West of (1) above.
We are told that these are part of a parcel of 40 acres which formerly belonged to Thomas Fordham (deceased).
