Edward Pilcher COLEMAN of Dover, Kent. Gentleman.
William COLEMAN of Dover, Kent. Gentleman.
Henry Freeman CASPALL of Dover, Kent. Carpenter.
Thomas FRANCIS of Dover, Kent. Painter.
The document begins by telling us that Edward and William Coleman are the sons and executors of the Will of John Coleman of The Priory in Dover, who died in 1865.
Thomas Francis is now buying property at number 65 Longfield Terrace in the Parish of Hougham, Kent, for £250. We are told that Edward and William Coleman had agreed to sell this (and other land) to Henry Caspall, but that Henry Caspall immediately sold it on to Thomas Francis.
The plan shows that numbers 55 - 67 (odd numbers only) Longfield Road are all owned by Henry Caspall. There is mention of other adjoining land being owned by the two Colemans.
