We are told that Ann Tuthill and Jane and Mary Lightfoot are the beneficiaries of the will of Thomas Lightfoot (deceased). As a result the three of them together with John Tuthill are selling property in Ousefleet, Yorkshire, to Edward Wilkinson for £800.
The property consists of two adjacent dwellinghouses with 6 roods of land, together with various rights to pasturage on the common fields and some pieces of land in the open fields of Ousefleet.
Gervas Seaton has been appointed as Attorney by the Lightfoots and Tuthills to act for them all jointly in the transaction.
