Gentleman and ANNE, his wife (formerly Anne MIDDLEBROOK (Widow). Thomas LIGHTFOOT (deceased) of Howden, Yorkshire. Gentleman. Edward WILKINSON of Ouzefleet, Yorkshire. Gentleman. SUBJECT Edward Wilkinson is buying property in Ouzefleet from the other parties for £575. It consists of: 1. Dwellinghouse with barn, stable, outbuildings and 333 roods of land on the South of the Town Street. 2. The "Right of stray for one Beast" on certain commons in Ouzefleet. 3. A piece of land called Winchester Close of 8 acres. This property appears to have come to Anne Tutill and Jane and Mary Lightfoot from the Will of Thomas Lightfoot of Howden. Thomas was the brother and heir of John Lightfoot (also deceased) of Hook, Parish of Snaith. There is mention of a marriage settlement made in 1805 by Anne Middlebrook, Widow, before her marriage to John Tutill. | ||||||||||||
