George Boulton DENHAM of 12 Great Dover Street, Southwark, Surrey. Pin and Needle Manufacturer.
William ALLEN of Hatton Garden, Middlesex. Gentleman.
Josiah LAST of Isleworth, Middlesex. Gentleman.
Thomas GORING (d) of 94 New Kent Road, Surrey. Gentleman.
The Indenture begins by reciting that Thomas Goring died in 1866 having appointed George Denham and William Allen as his Executors. Accordingly, these two put his property up for auction at the Guildhall Coffee House, London, in 4 lots.
Josiah Last bought Lot 1 for £600 and this property is now being conveyed to him. It consists of a house known as Beaumont House on the North side of Woodlands Grove Road, Isleworth, Middlesex. We are told that Josiah Last already owns neighbouring property on the West side, and that the adjacent property on the East formed Lot 2 of the auction.
