Parchment : 2 sheets 58cm x 71cm with 2 wax seals, 2 signatures and revenue stamps. A second Indenture of 1864 has been added on the back.

Thomas Goring is mortgaging property in Isleworth, Middlesex, to George Denham for 270. It consists of a plot of land of 130 feet x 130 feet, on the North side of a new road called Woodlands Road.

The second Indenture of 1864 records that Thomas Goring later borrowed a further 530 from George Denham, but that all money had then been repaid and the property reconveyed to Thomas Goring.
