Thomas Goring is mortgaging property in Isleworth, Middlesex, to George Denham for £270. It consists of a plot of land of 130 feet x 130 feet, on the North side of a new road called Woodlands Road.
The second Indenture of 1864 records that Thomas Goring later borrowed a further £530 from George Denham, but that all money had then been repaid and the property reconveyed to Thomas Goring.
