John HAYWARD formerly of Stoke Ash and now of Standroell (?) Lodge, Parish of Thorndon, Suffolk. Gentleman.

The document begins by reciting an Indenture of 1817 in which Philip Pipe mortgaged property in the parishes of Brundish and Dennington to John Hayward and Thomas Wayth for £700.
Thomas Wayth has since died and John Hayward is now transferring the mortgage, of which the original £700 is still outstanding to Robert Hammond.
