Henry Hardy TAYLOR of Newland, Parish of Cottingham, Yorkshire. Gardner. John IDLE of Wrangle, Lincolnshire. Cottager. Robert Luke TYLER of Spalding, Lincolnshire. Accountant. Henry HARDY (deceased) of New Sleaford, Lincolnshire. Yeoman. SUBJECT The document begins by reciting the Will of Henry Hardy who died in 1854 leaving his wife, Jane, as Executrix, but with no issue. He gave all the property in Wrangle, Lincolnshire, that he had inherited from his father John Hardy, firstly to his brother, John Hardy, for his lifetime, and then to his nephew Henry Hardy Taylor. Henry Hardy Taylor is now selling some (or all?) of that property to John Idle for £130. It consists of a cottage with an acre of land at the Common, abutting on Wrangle Drain on the East. Robert Tyler acts only as some sort of Trustee and plays little real part. | ||||||||||||
